My name is Richard and I run Victoria BC’s #1 boudoir studio!
In order for me to properly introduce myself and why it is that I have chosen photography is going to be a bit of a story!
I have an arts degree in Music Recording. I have over 20 years in the arts. I am super passionate about seeing and creating art. You might say I was born with it!
But it’s not without a lot of learning and technique. I have spent many years devoting my life to making my skills and appreciation of the arts to grow.
I have been an entrepreneur for a LONG TIME! So it was natural for me to keep trying, and seeking until I found something that seemed to fit with me. I do have a story about a boat, but we can explore that story at a later time. 🙂 For now, let’s just say the boat’s name was ‘Dalliance’!
One day, I picked up my camera. I was instantly hooked! I decided to be a professional photographer! It took me a while to find out where I fit into the photography world, as I was seeking appropriate training, and guidance in starting my business.
Once I found a lot of resources, the best teachers, seemed to be in the boudoir industry! This business model seemed to be the best fit for what I was able to offer.
I have shot all sorts of different styles of photography, and with my experience in music recording, my previous experience in other industries seem to just transfer over fairly easily.
I have worked with a large network of professionals to give me the training that I needed in order to deliver this luxury service in a professional manner.
All of us have our own stories and the things that makes us unique. We each have our own personal journey. I’m certainly of no exception!
My mission would be to provide you with a safe, private, and luxurious experience for you to express yourself, and to make you look and feel extravagantly beautiful! My only aim is to help you see the beauty that everyone else sees!
I love what I do. I have been given a gift that allows me to share beauty and art, and also to show other’s how awesome they are. Never let anyone else tell you that you aren’t good enough.
